CSV or Excel (.xlsx/.xls) both work — a "close"/"price" (or 收盘) column plus a date column is auto-detected and the rest ignored; a single column of prices with no header also works. For Excel, the first sheet is used. Use the same frequency and date range for every series (e.g. daily closes over the last 1–3 years). Source ideas: Yahoo Finance, Google Finance/Sheets (GOOGLEFINANCE), Investing.com, Stooq, your brokerage's export, or a regional source such as East Money (东方财富)/Wind for China A-shares.
